1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and Solo Sigma Game Development Studio LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”) when using the mobile game (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).

By installing, downloading, or using the Game, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

If the User does not agree with the terms, they must discontinue use of the Game.

 
2. Service Description
The Game is an intellectual trivia application featuring questions across various topics, a progression system, achievements, and seasonal gameplay.

The Developer reserves the right to:

modify the content of the Game
add or remove features
perform updates and maintenance
without prior notice to the User.

 
3. Account and Access
Registration may not be required to use the Game.

The User agrees to use the Game only for lawful purposes and not to take any actions that may disrupt its operation.

The following is strictly prohibited:

hacking or attempting to hack the Game
using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
interfering with the Game’s code
distributing malicious software
The Developer reserves the right to restrict access to the Game in case of violations.

 
4. In-App Purchases
The Game may include in-app purchases, such as:

in-game resources
additional features
seasonal passes
All purchases are voluntary.

Payments are processed through Google Play (or other platforms), and refund policies are governed by the respective platform’s rules.

The Developer is not responsible for refund decisions made by the platform.

 
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Game, including:

source code
design
graphics
text
gameplay mechanics
are owned by the Developer.

The User may not:

copy
distribute
modify
use any part of the Game for commercial purposes
without prior written permission from the Developer.

 
6. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided on an “as is” basis.

The Developer does not guarantee:

absence of errors
uninterrupted operation
that the Game will meet User expectations
The Developer shall not be liable for:

data loss
technical failures
inability to access the Game
to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 
7. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

 
8. Changes to the Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 
9. Termination of Use
The User may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it from their device.

The Developer may suspend or terminate access to the Game in case of violation of this Agreement.

 
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country where the Developer is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Content Disclaimer and Intellectual Property Notice
All materials provided in the Game are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The Developer uses images, audio, and other media content either:

under appropriate licenses,
from publicly available sources believed to permit such use, or
as user-generated or transformed content where applicable.
If you are a copyright holder and believe that any content used in the Game infringes your rights, please contact the Developer at [email protected] with relevant details.

Upon receiving a valid request, the Developer will promptly review the claim and, if necessary, remove or replace the disputed content.

The Developer does not claim ownership of third-party content unless explicitly stated.
